What is Pick N Play?

Pick N Play is the 1st online toys library in Egypt that allows kids to borrow all the latest & must have toys at a fraction of their market price for a certain period of time when the toy is still fun and return it once bored.

Why borrow toys from Pick N Play?

Kids get easily bored from new toys and always ask for more. Based on a survey by the British Heart Foundation one in five kids gets bored of the latest toy after less than a day. So instead of spending a fortune on new toys try out the new way to play!

How to borrow a toy from Pick N Play?

  • The process is very easy, all you have to do is:
    1. Pick the right toy for your kids through our website:
    2. Let your kids play with the toy when its still fun
    3. Return when the rental period finishes
    4. Repeat the process again and get a new toy!

How long is the borrowing period?

  • For now we offer two schemes (more to be added in the future):
    • 10 days rental: the toys are borrowed for two weeks
    • Play dates & events: the toys are borrowed for two days in case of events with a minimum of 3 toys per event
    • The day the toy is delivered or returned is not included within the borrowing period

How do I ensure the toys are clean?

  • Our toys are thoroughly cleaned using non-toxic toy cleansing materials & equipment. For further assurance you could request a video for your toy being sanitized before delivery.

Do toys come assembled?

  • We deliver the toys either fully assembled or semi-assembled depending on the type of toy
  • For semi-assembled toys, we send a video/ instructions on how to assemble the toy

How many toys could I borrow per one time?

  • For the two weeks rental: you could borrow up to 2-3 toys per one time.
  • For events: A minimum of 3 toys per event

Do we pay any security deposit?

  • The client will be entitled to pay a security deposit for the first 3 trials / transactions with Pick N Pay. After 3 times, they will no longer pay security deposit. The security deposit is a fixed amount of 1,500 L.E. each time that will be returned once you return back the toy.
  • In case of events, the security deposit amount is equivalent to the rental invoice that will be returned once you return back the toy.

Do you offer delivery service?

  • Yes we offer delivery service twice a week with non-refundable delivery fees. We also have pick up/ drop off option from our venue.

What happens if the toy gets damaged?

  • We understand that accidents happen so our penalty fees are flexible depending on the type of damage:
    • No penalty fees to be paid in case of minor damages/ missing pieces that will not affect the functionality of the toy.
    • In case the damage/missing pieces affects the functionality of the toy yet it could be repaired and/or easily sourced, then the client will only pay for the repair/missing pieces.
    • In case of bigger damages where the toy can’t be repaired, is no longer safe, the toy can no longer be played with as intended etc. the penalty fees will be calculated and shared with you but be assured it will be less than its market price.
    • Once you receive the toy, you are kindly requested to inspect it carefully for any damages or missing pieces (check it against toys accessories label sent). In case there are any damages or missing pieces please report it immediately. Any missing pieces/damages reported after you receive the toy will be considered an incident at your end and the above terms & conditions will be applied.
    • When returning back the toys please carefully check it against the labels sent to ensure all pieces are there.
    • Kindly note that once a client borrows the toy, it is under their responsibility and they are not allowed to lend it to another family or friend.

What is your cancelation policy?

  • We allow order cancelations up to 24 hours prior to delivery/pick up.

Could I extend the rental period?

  • In case your child is in love with the toy and would like to keep it longer, you could notify us within 48 hours prior to the termination date and if not already booked we could extend your borrowing period for two more weeks.
